USB network adapter is not working ?

hello,



I have just bough a computer from ibuypower guys,

it came with windows 10 home, it came with a network adapter too but i've been trying to make it works with no successful results.

I can reach the router but i cannot reach the internet, actually it lose the connection after a few seconds.

I've tryed to download the drivers from the Asus oficial site and installed successfully but still no works.

Ethernet is the only way to reach internet for now.

The thing is, if i use the network adapter on my laptop (obviously i disabled the laptop wlan card before) i get connection perfectly.
